<p>If you have never bought a digital download before, this page tells you exactly what happens. There is nothing to install and no account to remember.</p>
<h2>Buying a download</h2>
<ol>
<li><strong>Choose what you want and check out.</strong> You can pay by card or with PayPal. We never see your card details — Shopify handles the payment.</li>
<li><strong>A link arrives by email.</strong> It is sent the moment your payment clears, usually within a few seconds. The same link also appears on the thank-you page, so you can start straight away without leaving.</li>
<li><strong>Tap the link and save the files.</strong> On a phone or tablet the files save to your Photos or Files app. On a computer they go to your Downloads folder. They are yours to keep and you can download them again later.</li>

<h2>If the email does not turn up</h2>
<p>Nine times out of ten it is sitting in the spam or promotions folder. Search your mail for <strong>RAZZEL</strong> and it will usually appear. If it genuinely is not there, reply to your order confirmation and we will send the files across by hand.</p>
<h2>Setting a screensaver or wallpaper</h2>
<p>Every art pack includes sizes for phone, tablet, desktop and TV, so you do not have to work out which one to pick — just use the one named for your device.</p>

<li><strong>iPhone or iPad:</strong> open the image in Photos, tap the share button, then "Use as Wallpaper".</li>
<li><strong>Android:</strong> open the image in your gallery, tap the menu, then "Set as wallpaper".</li>
<li><strong>Mac:</strong> System Settings, then Wallpaper, then Add Photo.</li>
<li><strong>Windows:</strong> right-click the image and choose "Set as desktop background".</li>

<h2>Printing at home</h2>
<p>Art and greeting cards are supplied at print resolution. For cards, use card stock from any office supply shop and set your printer to "best" quality. If you would rather not do it yourself, any local print shop can run them off for a couple of dollars.</p>
<h2>Buying a shirt or hoodie</h2>
<p>Wearables are printed to order, one at a time, after you buy. Allow two to five business days for printing, plus normal shipping time. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as it leaves the print shop.</p>
