<p>Plain English, no small print games. This page covers what you are buying, what you may do with it, and when you can get your money back.</p>
<h2>Digital downloads</h2>
<p>Because a download cannot be handed back once it has been sent, digital items are <strong>not returnable as a matter of course</strong>. Please read what is included on the product page before you buy.</p>
<p>That said, we will refund you in full if:</p>
<ul>
<li>the file is corrupted, will not open, or is missing;</li>
<li>what you received is materially different from what the product page described;</li>
<li>you were charged twice, or bought the same item twice by accident.</li>
</ul>
<p>Get in touch within 30 days of your order and we will sort it out. We would rather fix the file than keep money from an unhappy customer.</p>
<h2>Shirts, hoodies and anything printed</h2>
<p>Printed items are made to order, so we cannot accept a return simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product page first.</p>
<p>We will replace or refund any printed item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered. Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.</p>
<h2>What you may do with what you buy</h2>
<p>Everything sold here comes with a <strong>personal use licence</strong>. You may:</p>
<ul>
<li>use the files on as many of your own devices as you like;</li>
<li>print them for your own home, or as a gift for a friend or relative;</li>
<li>send a digital greeting card to anyone you like.</li>
</ul>
<p>You may not:</p>
<ul>
<li>resell, share or give away the files themselves;</li>
<li>use them in anything you sell, including print-on-demand products;</li>
<li>claim the artwork or writing as your own.</li>
</ul>
<p>If you want to use something commercially, email us. We are usually happy to arrange it.</p>
